Delivery & return

• You will receive your package with DPD courier company within 3-5 days after placing an order. 
• You can put either a home address or choose a courier's office option for delivery.
• For order amount which exceeds 750 Lei, the delivery costs are covered by DARIS. 
• For total order amount, less than 750Lei, delivery costs are paid by the customer. 
• All packages are delivered with a test & review option. 

Return 

• If you would like to return a product after test & review option, you can do so in front of the courier as you cover both ways delivery expenses. 
• You can return products that you have paid within 14 days after the delivery, undamaged, unpacked and the way you received them with applied all needed documents inside the box. You can learn more about this process here.
• You have to use your return voucher which you get at the time of the delivery in the box or issued by the courier.
