Repairment policy
DARIS accepts products for repair if following procedure is done:
- Send us an email, with pictures attached and a description of the problem.
- We'll assess the situation and get back to you with follow-up action.
- We will issue an incoming claim number.
- If it is within reasonable time limits (1 month after purchase).
- If a form is attached, which you can download from: HERE
- If you use the issued by us returning voucher which you will get after an email is sent.
