Repairment policy

DARIS accepts products for repair if following procedure is done:

  1. Send us an email, with pictures attached and a description of the problem.
  2. We'll assess the situation and get back to you with follow-up action.
  3. We will issue an incoming claim number.
  4. If it is within reasonable time limits (1 month after purchase).
  5. If a form is attached, which you can download from: HERE
  6. If you use the issued by us returning voucher which you will get after an email is sent.
