Exchange policy

DARIS accepts returned product for exchange if:

1. A return form is attached.
2. The box is not damaged.
3. The products have no signs of wear or damage.
4. Customer pays the shipping costs for both ways. Only in case you receive a wrong item then the responsibility and delivery costs are paid by Daris. 
5. The product you wish to exchange was purchased from us NO more than 14 days ago.
6. You apply the returning voucher with which you received the package.
